"I had self-diagnosed a problem with our Hoshizaki ice machine as a broken drain pump. I called Factory Appliance Services so they could come out and repair or replace the pump. When the technician, Austin, showed up he found that the leaking was actually caused by a loose hose clamp and had nothing to do with the pump - it was in good shape. He quickly fixed the hose clamp, put the ice machine back under the counter, and started it up so that it would begin producing ice again. There are a lot of companies out there who would have milked this simple repair for everything they could get but we've found that the folks at Factory Appliance Service are honest and ethical. That's why they get my business and why you should consider using them for your appliance purchases, repair, and preventive maintenance."

".. as Jesse Sanchez was immediately responsive to me when he didn’t even know us. I was given his name to repair our Speed Queen washing machine that was leaking water. Very unsettling however Jesse immediately responded back to me, asked what the problem was and felt he knew how to handle it and dispatched someone to our home the same day and had it fixed. All of this in about a 6 hour time frame. I highly recommend him and his company as Max was the attending technician who was also terrific. He couldn’t have been more professional. "It took two trips for the service man to complete the job. On the first appointment he found that he did not have the parts. This was inconvenient for me to have to take more time from work to meet him again. However, I chose to work with Factory Appliance Service because they could schedule the work several days sooner than the other service company I called. For the first appointment I was able to get service within 48 hours of the call. The competition could not come for four days. On the second call, service was scheduled for the day after the parts arrived. Also, the parts did arrive about a week sooner than promised. To schedule the time to meet at the house, he called on the morning of the appointment and gave a two-hour window when he would arrive. He arrived both times within the time period he promised. The service was completed within one hour of arrival. The job was done satisfactorily, and the appliance is working properly."
